Nurses, nurses,
My beautiful nurses -
How I love you all.
Even though I cannot see,
I can hear your voices ringing.
Sometimes happy, sometimes sad,
And sometimes in between.
I like to name them after flowers.
Mums are my favorite,
And I have a few.
Deep down in my heart,
I know they love me, too.
I like to talk about their lives
And make them laugh and smile.
Jokes are my specialty
And I tell them all the while.
